First, our technicians assess the installation location. Next, they identify suitable mounting and cable routes.
Furthermore, we check whether existing components can support the proposed setup.
Therefore, customers receive recommendations based on their property and equipment requirements.
We also explain the work before proceeding with installation.
New Satellite Dish Installation
A new satellite dish requires secure mounting and accurate alignment.
For example, poor positioning can affect reception during unfavourable weather.
Our technicians assess suitable mounting locations and identify possible obstructions.
Next, they install the dish using appropriate mounting hardware.
Finally, they align the dish and test the received signal.
DStv Explora Installation
The DStv Explora decoder offers viewing and recording features that depend on the model, subscription and supported services.
However, the decoder requires a compatible satellite connection.

Where necessary, we recommend suitable equipment upgrades.
